During the course of the renovations, we were in daily contact with Rob as he was on site almost every day. He continually updated us on the progress of the key parts of the renovation (e.g. when certain trades would be on site and the timing/quantum of progress claims). The rest of the team at Built by Dezign were all easy going, polite and kept the site as clean as possible at the end of each day.

We are pleased to say that our initial renovations were completed both on time and within budget. Particular mention needs to be made of the fact that as a result of some modifications we made to the original scope it looked like the initial works would not be completed prior to the arrival of our third child. But with this in mind, Rod and his team went above and beyond to ensure the main extension would be completed and that no builder/trades would be inside the house once the baby arrived. This was very much appreciated by our family.
